About
Harriet’s work is rooted in an interest in how and why people interact with objects. Her work explores questions of viewer expectation through the interplay of colour, form and technique.
Harriet has worked at London Glassblowing since 2021, having previously assisted at various studios across the UK and continental Europe. She trained at the University of Sunderland, where she received an MA in Glass. She enjoys working with lots of different artists and sees it as integral to developing her own creative practice.
Before pursuing a career in glass, Harriet studied for a Philosophy degree at the University of York, and philosophical questions continue to animate her artistic work.
